I began working for National Bank of Kansas City in July of 2001, right on the cusp of the refinance boom. I had no sales or mortgage background, and at that point hadn’t even bought a home! My only experience in mortgage lending was watching my family suffer through nightmare closings!
Even though I had no previous experience, I did have the ability to communicate effectively and the determination that my borrowers would have NO surprises at closing like my family had experienced!
There are two key factors to my success: Follow up and more follow up. I keep my customers and realtors up to date on every file. I quickly respond to questions with the help of National Bank Of Kansas City’s terrific support system. These factors combined helped me earn LendingTree’s Dollars Funded Refinance Mortgage Award 2003 and 2004. In addition, I continue to be one of the top Loan Officers at National Bank of Kansas City.
