This is the second time I have had the opportunity to write over 18 transactions in a given month. I was curious as to why I was able to do so. In looking back, I recognized that the few steps I had taken had made a difference for me. Lets start with "Education". By education, I am referring to one's willingness to learn their programs better, so that they can offer a wider range of options to the client. In addition, I signed up for several of the LendingTree Webinars which were instrumental in helping me understand the many tools available to me. I also learned that effective communication and listening skills also play a key role to my success. By becoming good at listening, you are effectively able to communicate with your clients and offer them better options, as you have identified and understood their needs. This year, I also made it a key point to link my clients with Realtors, so that they can help me take good care of my clients, and to help them find a property more quickly. All these factors put together will make a significant change in the way a person does business and lead to more success.
