The LendingTree Sales Excellence Training Program was designed by a former Network loan officer, Alysia Nealon. Using the LendingTree Network exclusively, Alysia was a top producer and sold $65 million dollars in funded loans in 2001. As the Director of Sales Training for LendingTree, LLC, Alysia designed this comprehensive sales training program to help motivate loan officers and present them with strategies for success. Her motivational message, "My Success is Up to Me", has inspired hundreds of Loan Officers to realize their full potential.

The LendingTree mission is to empower consumers. The Sales Excellence Training Program takes a similar approach for loan officers. Through on-site trainings, we teach loan officers how to take control of the sales process and encourage clients to close their loans through LendingTree. Specifically, the training examines the traits that make the LendingTree consumer unique, and presents tips for gaining their trust, overcoming objections and ultimately making the sale.
In addition, the Sales Excellence Training Program presents a unique opportunity for loan officers to discuss their roadblocks to success when working with LendingTree consumers. These issues are addressed through interactive dialogue about real-work situations. Potential solutions and plans of action are presented and discussed to further each loan officer's success.

Jack Robinson – Certified LendingTree Sales Trainer
Jack Robinson has over 30 years experience in sales and professional training and development. During his career at Xerox Corporation, he reached Presidents Club status four out of five years. He was appointed head of Corporate Training for Xerox Corporation and was instrumental in the successful launch of Spin-Selling for Huthwaite, Inc. in the United States. In 1980, Jack pursued a new venue and purchased Arlington Capital in Santa Clara, CA with a business partner. In addition to overseeing production, Jack was responsible for the quick growth of the company, opening seven new offices within two years.
Since 1985, Jack has concentrated his talents as CEO of The Robinson Group, a professional training and development firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Through his efforts, The Robinson Group has successfully delivered sales and leadership training to a wide variety of clients including major U.S. banks and bank holding companies, as well as non-bank financial institutions, including investment and financial accounting firms. Jack is well versed in the mortgage industry, having trained managers and loan officers alike from Interfirst, Suntrust Bank, AM South Bank, and Regions Bank.
Jack possesses superb technical facilitation skills as well as a dynamic presentation style, making him a leader in his field. His focus on in-depth pre-session research and thorough understanding of all curriculum materials and subject matter generates continued strong demand for his services on an industry-wide basis.
